HUCKLEBERRY Food & Fare stands for classic comfort food made from time-honoured recipes, using the purest ingredients and techniques. We believe it just doesn’t get better than that. Almost 20 varieties of hand-crafted, delicious-smelling, crusty gourmet breads are hand shaped and baked everyday.
We’re totally in love with our signature Miche Sourdough range of bread, which we make the old-fashioned way using sourdough starters cultivated by our Master Baker himself. Our classic loaves such as the multigrain and organic meteil are made from a house-blend of organic flour and rye sourdough starter.
With our longstanding food affair, we couldn’t just stop at breads. HUCKLEBERRY offers a scrumptious selection of cakes, pastries, classic sandwiches, healthy superfood salads, soups and hot meals from our kitchen.
Great food deserves the complement of great coffee. We take a ‘tree-to-cup’ approach, dealing directly with plantation owners to produce our signature Sumatran Gayo coffee. In the hands of our skilled baristas and the award-winning Synesso Cyncra coffee machine, hand-crafted in Seattle, you’ll enjoy a satisfying cup everytime.
Our team has a long love affair with food…. We’ve been successfully running KL’s foodie secret, Mezze Bistro for the past 5 years. We are putting all our passion and imagination into creating some unique wholesome treats for everyone. Our bakery name is inspired by a line from The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, which absolutely tells our story ‘….there ain’t nothing in the world so good when it’s cooked right’.
HUCKLEBERRY Food & Fare serves breakfast, lunch and tea in a lovely bright and airy country-style bakery at a corner lot in Plaza Damansara. Customers can choose to either dine inside or in the al-fresco section skirting the front and sides. Those in a hurry can opt for many of HUCKLEBERRY Food & Fare’s grab-and-go items.
