Yes! Order by 11 AM for same-day pickup/delivery after 2 PM.

  • Whole Cakes, Slice Cakes, Cupcakes, Loaves: Order by 11 AM for same-day pickup/delivery after 2 PM.
  • Pastries: 1 day in advance (e.g., order Monday by 11 AM for Wednesday after 9 AM).
  • Breads: 2 days in advance (e.g., order Monday by 11 AM for Thursday after 9 AM).

Yes, within Klang Valley, Mondays to Sundays. Delivery fees depend on distance.

Provided upon request. Custom messages on chocolate block: RM7.50+ (6") / RM9.50+ (9"), max 40 characters.

We sell cakes by the slice in our cafes – if you’re early enough, you may get the entire cake, however some cakes may not be dressed up (eg: Awesome Blackout without any chocolate shavings). To avoid disappointment, it’s best to place an order at least 1 day in advance.

DELIVERY

Yes! We deliver within a 50km radius from our Huckleberry Damansara Heights outlet, covering most areas in the Klang Valley.

Our delivery charges are based on distance from Huckleberry Damansara Heights:

< 10 km = RM15
10 – 14 km = RM25
15 – 29 km = RM35
30 – 44 km = RM45
45 – 50 km = RM55

Please note:

  • Each order number is valid for one delivery address within a chosen date and time slot.
  • Deliveries to multiple addresses, dates, or time slots under the same bill will be treated as separate orders. Please place individual orders on our website for each.

Yes — all our cakes are delivered by car. We take extra care to ensure they arrive in the same beautiful condition as when they left our kitchen.

We offer delivery in the following time slots:

  • 10am-12pm
  • 12pm-2pm
  • 2pm-4pm
  • 4pm-6pm
  • 6pm-8pm

We’ll do our best to deliver within your chosen slot, but please note we can’t guarantee an exact time within that window due to factors such as traffic or route planning.

Condos & malls
Deliveries will be made only to the lobby or designated drop-off point.

Hotels, restaurants & landed properties
We deliver to the reception area or designated contact, provided details are given in advance.

Please note: We take great care to ensure your cake arrives safely. Once it has been handed over at the agreed drop-off point, responsibility rests with the receiving party.

For smoother deliveries, we kindly ask that you double-check your address before placing your order, as changes can’t usually be made once it’s confirmed.

If you do need to update your address, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +60 12-209 8915 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)

We’ll do our best to assist, though changes are subject to approval and may involve additional fees.

Each order comes with one delivery attempt. If delivery is missed:

  • You may arrange a re-delivery (subject to driver availability and additional charges).
  • Alternatively, you may collect your order from our store. Please note we cannot guarantee peak freshness beyond the original delivery time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All our baked goods (cakes, cupcakes, loaves, breads and pastries) are pork-free, alcohol-free, and made in a halal-certified kitchen!

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, dairy and nuts are present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at all of our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts or dairy.

Yes, we do (see Gluten Free section). Just a heads-up, they’re made in a kitchen that also handles gluten.

All our bakes use eggs, so we don’t have egg-free options at the moment.

  • With icing: Best within 4 days, keep chilled, rest 10 min at room temp before serving.
  • Without icing: Best within 4 days, store airtight at room temp; avoid fridge.
  • 6" Round Cake | Weight 1-1.5kg | Serves 6-8 | Suggest Slices 6-8 slices
  • 9" Round Cake | Weight 2-3kg | Serves 10-14 | Suggest Slices 10-14 slices
  • Loaf Cake | Weight 0.6-0.8kg | Serves 6-8 | Suggest Slices 6-8 slices

SEMI-CUSTOM CAKES

Our semi-custom cakes can be naked / semi-naked / buttercream. We do not specialise in novelty, fondant or 3D cakes.

This is on a case-by-case basis and depends on the complexity of the colour / shape. Customisation will incur an additional fee.

Not at the moment. We are, however, able to custom the colors of the buttercream frosting - simply provide us with a photo reference or Pantone to try to match. Please note it will not be exactly the same as the colour shown to us.

Of course! We love to bake 2 to 3-tier cakes.

We typically require at least 1 week order in advance. Should you wish to place an order for a semi-custom orders with less than a week's notice, we will need to check with our Head Baker if we are able to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any semi-custom cake order cancellations as the design / colour is specially made and customized to your preference. In the event that you are unable to collect your custom cake order, refunds or exchanges will not be granted.

ORDERS CHANGES

Please contact our cake hotline +6012-209 8915 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) within 3 days of placing your order. Changes may not be possible after this period.

For delivery efficiency, address changes cannot be made after the order is placed. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

If you’d like to add or change items, contact us within 3 days of placing your order. Changes cannot be accommodated after this period.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Standard orders: Submit a request to our cake hotline +60 12-209 8915 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) at least 3 days before collection. Orders placed less than 3 days before collection cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Custom/semi-custom cakes: No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds/Exchanges: Orders are generally non-refundable. Once you’ve picked up your order or it has been handed to our third-party delivery partner, products are considered accepted as received. We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but any mishaps during delivery are out of our hands.
